Welcome to the Robbinsdale Transition Center Connections Program. Our program is designed for 18-21 year olds with moderate-severe disabilities who are transitioning into the community and who live within the Robbinsdale Area School District. Students are eligible for services if their IEP Team has determined that continued support and transition services are needed to meet their goals and objectives in becoming more independent adults.
Students may participate in their high school graduation ceremonies; however, they will receive their diploma upon completion of their IEP goals.

Announcements RTC Presentation!.JPG) RTC students wrote an article about their personal experiences as an individual with a disability. They also wrote an article about a person with a disability that was important to the development of civil rights for individuals with disabilities or that made significant contributions to the culture. Our students created a "Quilt of Abilities" with squares depicting their personal stories and an individual with a disability that they admire.
