Robbinsdale Transition Center Plus (RTC Plus) is for 18-21 year old students with moderate-severe disabilities who are transitioning into the community and who live within the Robbinsdale Area School District.  Students are eligible for services if their IEP team has determined that continued support and transition services are needed to meet their goals and objectives in becoming more independent adults.  Students may participate in their high school graduation ceremonies; however, they will receive their diploma upon completion of their IEP goals.
